As “New York’s law school,” we have a front-row seat to how the development of new technologies continues to reshape legal practice. In this digital issue of New York Law School Magazine, you'll meet alumni working on the front lines of evolving fields, like digital media, cybersecurity, and privacy, and you'll see the many ways in which NYLS is training its students to be adaptable, fluent in technology, and well-equipped to help their organizations and clients navigate emerging challenges. And though we focus on the path ahead, we remain cognizant of our proud heritage. In this issue, you'll also meet the Honorable Florence Zimmerman, one of two women to graduate from NYLS in 1941. Her story, as you will see, represents the long-held values of our School: ambition, hard work, and dedicated service to others. I hope you enjoy the issue!
